The hotel itself is gorgeous, clean, and tranquil.
My experience was marred by insufficient attention to details. The room we had was very small with poor lighting. The staff seemed inexperienced and were unable to fulfill simple requests like providing regular coffee, disappointing.

Liked the place, had a such wonderful stay with competent service. The food was fabulous, drinks were savoury. Double room was the best. The location was the best, in the beautiful "Roma " district, it's a plus. Easily reached El Traspatio, located relatively near the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The service was stellar, with attentive staff like Gabriella providing excellent advice and a swift check-in experience. My room was sparkling clean with upscale amenities.
Occasionally, there were minor issues, such as occasional noise disturbances from neighboring areas that disrupted relaxation. The wifi connectivity was unreliable at times.

Stylish design and attentive service
The highlight was definitely the lovely bathroom with generous counter space and a rainfall shower. The location couldn't be better, with plenty of restaurants and cafes just a stroll away. The noise from the bar area occasionally disrupted my sleep.

Location, staff, silence and at the same time in the center of action. Very nice.
Colors of the room make it a little bet somber but it is the fashion of boutique hotels now a days.

I liked the room with a terrace, the bed was nice. The location was the best - ease of access to an art gallery. And the area was green, near the park, and Condesa with great on-premise restaurants.

The hotel is situated in a vibrant area with plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. I loved the charming atmosphere and the beautiful design throughout, especially in the lobby where I felt comfortable lounging. The attention to detail, such as the nightly turndown service with delicious Mexican cookies, added a nice personal touch. Our room felt a bit cramped and the lighting could have been better to enhance our overall comfort during our stay.
